Global Technology Partners specializes in creating innovative processing solutions in the pre-paid Visa card category. GTP designs, delivers, and manages stored value card products that complement an overall prepaid card marketing strategy. The platform is configured as a standalone platform that does not have to integrate with financial institutions. Along its many solutions, it also allows the customer to remit money anywhere in the world in real time. GTP is Visa certified in CEMEA region, US Patriot Act Compliant, OFAC, VISA PCI DSS Compliant, and is EMV certified being one of the few prepaid processors in the world to hold this type of certification.
GTP is based out of the United States and has made the CEMEA region their strategic growth initiative. Back in 2006 GTP signed its first bank in Africa located in Burkina Faso, BIB (Banque Internationale du Burkina), which launched the first prepaid card solution in the UEMOA region. This led BIB to win a “Technology Award” from the central bank BCEAO for bringing innovating technology to the continent. Since then GTP has opened a branch in Cote D'Ivoire (GTP Africa) and is currently working with major financial institutions such as ECOBANK and UBA.
As a 100% dedicated prepaid company and with over 10 years of management experience Global Technology Partners are experts in International deployment and can have a prepaid card program operational in less than 3-4 months if the issuing bank is a current Visa issuing member.
