Card to Card Transfers

Card to card transfers are and easy way to transfer money to family and friends. Customers can go online and initiate transfers which occur within seconds. This can be an affordable alternative and replace traditional means of transferring money. 

E-Check

E-check is a loading option available to our customers who have bank accounts and wish to fund their accounts using the web-based tool we have created. 

IVR / Operator / E-Mail Support

GTP has created a customizable suite of customer contact tools that include IVR, operator, mail and e-mail support.  Such tools are essential in cardholder adoption and retention. 

Multilingual

GTP understands the importance of doing business in a foreign language. Currently GTP employs personnel with knowledge of languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Tamil. Where needed, GTP will make every effort to facilitate translation where necessary for of sponsors and customers.

GTP currently provides Customer Service IVR and Web-based Client Services in three languages -- Spanish, English and French. 

Fraud Monitoring

Fraud monitoring is extremely important in this rapidly changing market.  GTP has tools in place such as early detection fraud alerts, velocity controls, exception reporting to prevent abusive activity.

The GTP system uses both transactional velocity limits and suspicious behavior reports to help detect and control fraudulent activity. Additionally, GTP has proprietary databases and consumer profiling software targeted directly at stored-value risk management.

Transaction Velocity Limits

Transactional velocity rules are designed to limit fraud immediately upon rule violation verses reporting and taking action later.  These rules can be setup at the Company (i.e. program) level and\or at the individual card level.  Different limits can also be set for non-registered (e.g. gift card) verses registered cards.

Suspicious Behavior Reports

Based on issuer and network requirements, GTP has many different types of suspicious behavior reports.  These reports can target specific behaviors in various product segments.
